Coaching

WISHING  EVERYONE  OF  YOU  A  HAPPY  NEW  YEAR.

Now something about what I do.

I am an ICF certified Coach with a passion to assist people gain clarity in their thinking and thereby lead to laser focused action.

What is coaching? International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with a client in a thought provoking and creative  process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. “

I am sure, you must have glanced into a mirror before you got out  for work, job or any other activity. Why do you do that? It is essential to know if you look presentable for the meeting you are attending. The mirror reflects your image and you see  yourself and change your appearance if necessary.

When was the last time you peeped into a mirror for your internal world of thoughts, beliefs and emotions?  As a coach ,I am the mirror  who will reflect your internal world to you without any distortions or judgments. This will enable you to introspect and make the necessary changes for your happiness and purpose. I hope to help you understand yourself better and provide you with tools to effectively reflect on your thought process. I will work with you to help you achieve your potential.

Are you feeling stuck in your job?

Are you apprehensive of the promotion and overwhelmed about how will you handle that?

Are you contemplating a change in career but feeling worried about it?

Do you sometimes feel you should improve your communication so that you can progress in your career?

Do you think you would like to improve your relationship with your boss or significant other?

In  the current Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous world do you think you need a thinking partner?

Then, as a Coach, I can be of help. I will be a mirror to your internal world who will assist  you to be the beacon of change.

If you would like to have session with me, I look forward to connecting with you. My email  is pundemadhav65@gmail.com or madhavpunde@rediffmail.com

  5. Happy New Year Coach , change is not easy, especially in the beginning. Just ask anyone starting a new workout regimen. It hurts! Motivation is so subjective, but getting out of our own way and embracing that failure are parts of success that can ignite so many in moving forward. All the best.

  22. Blogging takes time and energy and having the right strategy will save a lot of aggravation and put both (time and energy) in areas where you can grow your business. the most effective strategy I’ve found by far is guest posting on other people’s blogs. U try this. Happy New Year.

  24. Getting your clients commitment is probably your single most important task as a coach. As human beings, we are creatures of habit and our natural inclination is to do fuck all whenever possible. There are great evolutionary reasons for this.It requires less energy to do nothing. It’s normally safer – at least in the short term.

And it’s nice and comfy – hence the expression comfort zone. But to grow as individuals we need to expend energy, take some risks and be ok with discomfort. All the best Coach.Thanx.

  28. I am still a new coach and learning many lessons. However, I believe this book has helped me become the coach that I am today. The book is called ” Who The f*ck Am I To Be A Coach” by Megan Jo Wilson. She gives the best advice in this book. The advice I like the most is how to re order our thoughts to have confidence. That we are not born thinking we are not good enough. Happy new prosperous year coach.

  50. Hi coach just would like to share my experience with u. I fell backward into my first three clients, largely because I wasn't intending on being a coach. I was simply working with people and helping them get stuff done because they were friends I had made via the internet.

I was doing it on the side of two other careers, and at a certain point, they asked how they could get more regularly attention from me and how much it'd cost. We worked through a lot of "I don't knows" and "let's see how it goes", but those relationships turned into my first three paid clients. Were it not for the persistence and pressure from one of them, I may not have ever went public with coaching as a service, as well.

    @Charlie -Paris

  51. During COVID, many of the networking groups that used to happen in person transitioned to meeting online. For example, Toastmasters is a public speaking group where you can now meet potential clients without ever leaving your home.

There are three things to focus on if you want to get clients from networking events. First, put some thought into how you introduce yourself and consider inviting people to a free coaching session at the end. Second, form genuine connections with other members of the group by being curious about what they do. Finally, make sure you have a way to follow up with specific people you meet who might be interested in working with you.

Personally, I don’t recommend going to networking events with the sole intention of getting clients. Yes, choose events that your potential clients are likely to attend. But when you’re there, focus on what you can give to the other members. Otherwise you can come off as a bit needy. HAPPY NEW YEAR COACH

  53. I'm always hearing from new coaches that they don't know where to meet clients, but I meet clients everywhere I go.

My first three clients were people I met at my Buddhist temple, startup events, and social gatherings. They hired me not because my pitch was great, my packages were well designed, or my website was beautiful. They hired me because I showed up with an authentic desire to serve.I wish you to have a plenty of clients. HNY.

  57. This is probably the fastest way to get coaching clients. As a speaker, you are instantly perceived an expert. The workshop can be online or offline, free or paid. Invite the audience to a complimentary strategy session at the end by saying, “If what we covered today was helpful for you, and you’d like to talk about how to apply it in your specific situation, then I’d like to offer you each a complimentary strategy session with me.”
